WOM from the Horse’s Mouth
Keynote by Andy Sernovitz
Andy isn’t just the WOM guru–he’s also a 4-time association CEO. Author of the bestselling book on the topic (Word of Mouth Marketing: How Smart Companies Get People Talking), Andy also used word of mouth to make the Word of Mouth Marketing Association the fastest-growing trade group in recent memory. He’ll lay out the core concepts that drive word of mouth, how social media plays a part, and what associations can do to create buzz around the great work they do. Andy will share the lessons he’s learned, both from teaching word of mouth to Fortune 500 brands and at Northwestern–and from applying word of mouth as an association executive himself.
